Simple single serving apple hand pies in protein ball form! No easier way to whip up a healthy ball put together with four ingredients and filled with your favorite fall apple flavor!

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl whisk together dry dough ingredients.
  2. Mix in quark.
  3. Separate into 1/3 cup amounts.
  4. Knead into small balls then flatten into circles.
  5. In a small bowl combine filling ingredients.
  6. Place a few tbsp of filling in the center of each circle.
  7. Fold and roll back into a ball.
  8. Air Fryer at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
