Ingredients

almond flour

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in oil and milk/water to combine until a dough forms.
Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic- if it becomes too sticky, add in a little more flour.
Roll the dough into a ball, cover it with a clean towel and let it rest for 30 minutes to a few hours.
Roll the dough into separate balls.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each dough ball into a tortilla circle.
Cook each tortilla stove top in a skillet (med heat) for 45 seconds, or until small bubbles form.
Flip it over with a spatula and cook the other side.
