When it comes to the kitchen I thrive off WINGING it…

And I’m not just taking about when I make BBQ CAULIFLOWER WINGS. 😍

I get asked all the time “Do you follow recipes?”

Not since high school.

Recipes rarely follow my eating habits and I’m all about making the most of what ingredients I already have at home. 🌱

A lot of people come back with “I wish I could just WING it too.”

You totally can… 

  1. Start with a recipe that looks like something you’d love.
  2. Go through the ingredients and think of what you already have that may work similarly.
  3. Google substitute options for measurements.
  4. Understand the basic techniques behind the recipe.
  5. WING IT. 🔥 

EXAMPLE A: I’ve seen many baked/breaded cauliflower recipes out there but non that made me want to pitch to BWW on a new idea… until now. 😏

Instructions
  1. Whisk flour and spices in a bowl.
  2. Spatula mix in the milk, should still be pretty thick.
  3. Add in Crunchsters mix.
  4. Coat each piece of cauliflower evenly in the batter.
  5. Spread them evenly on a sheet of foil.
  6. Drizzle over with hot sauce.
  7. Air fry at 375 until desired crisp or bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
